Often this means actual flesh and blood relatives, but each one of our people is a treasured part of the Land Milling family.
Husband and wife Nick and Alex Ashmore head up the team, and amongst their three main employees, two are brothers and another is a brother-in-law! The family atmosphere extends beyond business hours: there’s a clear focus on work/life balance, and a grassroots culture of ‘work together, play together’.
